Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Sent via US mail, PostNord or UPS depending on delivery country,  Monday through Friday
  • Your shipment will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the original order date
  • Your package will typically arrive within 2 to 10 business days at your local delivery point

Please Note: Shipping times and prices may vary depending on international delivery schedules and import costs.

Express Shipping:

  •  25€ for express shipping 
  • Two day shipping in Europe and three day shipping for US
  •  Order must be placed by 8 AM CET cutoff
  • Sent via UPS Monday through Friday
  • If order is received before cutoff, it will ship the same day
  • If order is received after cutoff, it will ship the next business day

Unclaimed Packages

Your package will be delivered to the nearest local delivery point. If your package is not collected within 14 days of arrival it will be sent back to us and you will be charged an additional 15€ return fee.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new Ipomia purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please see our return and exchange policy.


Our bras and panties are exchangeable or returnable for refund within 14 days after your package arrives on your doorstep, as long as the tags are still attached and the garments are unworn and unwashed (the way you received the garment).

If you would like to rush your exchange, we advise that you place a new order and simply return your original one.

We will not refund shipping charges for returns and exchanges that are sent back.

  3. Include the completed form with your return shipment:To ensure your package arrives safely we recommend you receive a tracking number from your post office. We don’t take responsibility for packages lost in the mail. We can only take responsibility for products that get returned successfully.

  1. When you package has arrived to us, please allow 3 business days to process your request.  You should expect to have your refund in your bank account within 3-5 business days.


If a product arrives damaged or defective we will allow you to return or exchange it for the terms found in Returns&Exchanges. We will not take responsibility for damages made by the consumer after arrival.

If the bra you want to receive next is at a different price point than the bra you are sending back, we will refund the bra coming back to us after we receive it, then you can place a new order on our website.
